The modern construction agenda places great emphasis on long term partnership working and “learning’ from one projects and improving on the next. To make this process work effectively it is essential that clear Key Performance Indicators are established and measured. KPIs can either be a standard set or a customised set, developed between Bowater Projects and each client. KPIs can even be project specific.

Bowater Projects also audits its performance in terms of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Impact. In addition a clear mechanism for handling and resolving complaints from clients or residents is implemented and measured. The data from these audits provide a comprehensive and measurable assessment of the project as a whole.
